Dorm Rooms are either 4 or 5 bed and you can specify whether you want a male, female or mixed room.

Beds are charged at 25 USD per person per night and are on a sharing basis. Lockers are installed in all dorms and locks can be rented or purchased in reception. Breakfast is not included in the room rate but can be purchased for $5. Children under 16 are not permitted in the Dorms.

Each of our luxurious guest rooms feature modern conveniences & are spacious and tastefully appointed, designed with your total comfort in mind. We have a range of room types available. Choose between our dorms, single, double or triple and family rooms or even one of our apartments. The rooms are equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower. Some rooms also have a seating area.The National Museum and House of Culture is a 5-minute drive and Palm Beach is 3 km away. Julius Nyerere International Airport is 20 minutes’ away. Kisutu is a great choice for travelers interested in street markets, culture and food. Solo travellers particularly like the location — they rated it 8 for a one-person stay.
